Allana Ferguson bio

Allana played for Australia in the Rugby Sevens 2013 and then suffered consecutive injuries to her knees that caused Allana to retire from the field. She returned to soccer after a few years. Allana made her debut as a woman in the rugby league against Queensland for New South Wales. Allana is also a regular radio presenter, appearing frequently as part of 2GB's Continuous Call Team. Outside of sport Allana is also a fully trained instructor. Allana Ferguson is the only australian to have represented Australia in rugby sevens and in rugby league as well as touch. Allana Ferguson, Jillaroos' top player in rugby is forced to end her professional career because of tear her ACL 4 times. Ferguson was 25, and had torn her ACL in the same spot between 15-17 and 20 years old. After a fourth tear she realized that it was now time for an end. Ferguson is JILLAROOS's player who had to retire earlier due to a fourth tear to the ACL of her left. Ferguson confirmed to The Courier Mail that she was injured during training in November. Ferguson has been the player in the women's rugby league throughout the years.
